By collecting pollen, bees favour the pollination of most flowers, as well as the ripening of their fruits.
It is a product that stands out for its high protein and carbohydrate content. Ería de Valles flower pollen is harvested during a short period of the year, during the flowering season of chestnut and bramble. These are the main types of pollen used for our flower pollen.

Flower pollen harvested by bees is a product rich in vitamins, minerals and fundamental micronutrients, which provide great benefits to our health.

COLOUR
Predominantly yellow (chestnut) and gray-green (bramble) pollen.

TASTE
Sweet and pleasant with soft texture

Usage: It is recommended for breakfast with juices, yogurts or fruits.
Dosage: For adults 1 teaspoon (5g) per day. For children, half teaspoon.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

Gastronomic uses:

Flower pollen pairs very well in salad dressing and is also an excellent complement to our multifloral honey, eucalyptus honey, heather honey, or chestnut honey in breakfasts with juices, yogurts or fruits.
