Oak honey is energizing, anti-inflammatory, and highly vitamin-rich.
COLOR
Very dark amber.
SCENT
Floral, very intense and persistent.
TASTE
Sweet with a clear salty component.
FEEL
Very slow crystallization.
This honey pairs very well with strong cheeses, pickles, sauces and rye bread.
