These terms establish the rights and obligations of all users in relation to the products and services we offer through our website www.eriadevalles.es<\/p>\n

1. User Obligations<\/h3>\n

The user is obliged, in general, to use this website diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of the General Terms. They must also refrain from using this website in any way that could impede, damage, or deteriorate its normal operation.<\/p>\n

2. Products and Services<\/h3>\n

3. Shipping and Delivery Times<\/h3>\n

Orders are shipped via a transport agency.
\nShipping costs are broken down in the following table according to the shipping zone and order weight.
\nShipping costs will be free for purchases over 80\u20ac. For shipments outside the peninsula or the country, please contact us through our form or send us an email at miel@eriadevalles.es.

4. Payment Procedure and Method<\/h3>\n

The user purchasing a product through the store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed therein.
\nOrder confirmation is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase. The invoice will be sent along with the product. To proceed with the payment, follow the steps indicated during the purchase process.<\/p>\n

ERI\u00c1 DE VALLES has a secure payment gateway that prevents fraudulent use of credit or debit cards. Confidential data is transmitted directly and encrypted to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system ensures total security in data transmission over the network. The data regarding the cards are not recorded in any ERI\u00c1 DE VALLES database. They are only used in the TPV (Virtual Point of Sale) of our financial institution, through its secure payment gateway.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”80px”][vc_column_text]\n

5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

All products purchased on www.eriadevalles.es can be returned and refunded, provided that you notify us of your intention to return the product within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of delivery, and that the other conditions established in this section are met.
\nReturns will be accepted provided the following conditions are met:
\n– The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
\n– The shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it was received to protect the product. If it cannot be done with the original protective box, it must be returned in a protective box to ensure it reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
\n– A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
\n– After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund for the purchased item(s).
\n– In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will bear the transport costs and the risks of both delivery and return. The return will be made as soon as possible, and in any case, within 20 business days from the notification date of withdrawal. The return will be made in the same manner as the original purchase.
\n– Partial returns and cancellations will lead to a partial refund of the total amount paid for the entire order. Shipping and refund costs will not be returned in the case of partial returns.
\n– The exchange or return will not be accepted for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received or that have been manipulated. 6. Return of Defective Products<\/h3>\n

In the case of defective products, Er\u00eda de Valles will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination. The procedures will be free of charge for the user. The period for reporting this issue is 15 days from receiving the order, the same period in which the company will respond to the non-conformity.
\nIt should be noted that honey is a natural product, which can crystallize with temperature changes, which is a natural process that honey undergoes. For this reason, crystallized honey jars will not be accepted as incidents. If the honey is crystallized and it is preferred to consume it liquid, it should be heated in a double boiler for a few minutes.
\nIf you believe the product does not match what was purchased on our website, you must immediately contact us via: miel@eriadevalles or the form available on our website, providing the product and order details, as well as the damage it suffers, always accompanied by photographs showing the product’s defects. Once we receive the notification, we will contact you to inform you whether the issue is valid and how to proceed. You will need to return the product to the address indicated on the invoice, providing the following details:
\n– Full name
\n– Email address
\n– Order number
\n– Reason for return
\n– Date of order receipt
\n– Date of return<\/p>\n

Return the item using its original packaging, along with any instructions, documentation, and packaging that may accompany it. Once we receive the returned goods, we will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable period whether the return or replacement is applicable (if applicable). The return or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date we send an email confirming the return or replacement of the non-conforming item.
\nIn case the product(s) cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for them, due to a defect or damage, when applicable, will be fully refunded, including the delivery charges incurred for delivering the item(s) and the costs you incurred to return them.<\/p>\n
